• $15 delivery fee within 5 miles of 19th Ave and Thunderbird.

• $20 delivery fee within 5 to 10 miles of 19th Ave and Thunderbird.

• $25 delivery fee within 10 to 15 miles of 19th Ave and Thunderbird.

• $30 delivery fee within 15 to 20 miles of 19th Ave and Thunderbird.

• $35 delivery fee within 20 to 25 miles of 19th Ave and Thunderbird.

• $40 delivery fee within 25 to 30 miles of 19th Ave and Thunderbird.

• $45 delivery fee within 30 to 35 miles of 19th Ave and Thunderbird.
